1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 24phdream Casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at https://24phdream.club ("the Platform"). 3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 24phdream Casino, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 24phdream employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 24phdream immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 24phdream shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

24phdream may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 24phdream platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit card, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the method used.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Prohibited funding sources: You may not fund your 24phdream account using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not accepted and any deposits attempted via these methods will be declined.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

24phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

24phdream uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 24phdream reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 24phdream shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 24phdream platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the property of 24phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 24phdream.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24phdream and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

24phdream's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 24phdream account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 24phdream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy & Data

24phdream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

24phd ream may share your personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

11. Responsible Gaming

24phdream is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 24phdream platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
